Introduction
Crate & Barrel Warehouse Store is a pop-up location and the first time Crate & Barrel has ever done something like this before. This pop-up store is located in Eatontown, NJ. Crate & Barrel offers upmarket housewares, furniture (indoor and out), and home accessories and has two sister brands called CB2 and Crate and Kids both offering an extended variety. Founded in 1962, there are now 122 retail stores in the U.S, Canada, and eight other countries. Operations include but are not limited to, inventory strategies, customer involvement, service and manufacturing processes, and most importantly, supply chain management. We look forward to researching and analyzing Crate & Barrel and relating it to what we are learning in class.
